Q. Is the Priorservice.com site secure.
A. We are proud to be a Yahoo! Store. Not only does this give us the ability to bring to you a web site that is navigated very easily, but we have the advantage of Yahoo's! security. I'm sure you will find us more secure than the vast majority of web sites on the internet.

Q. How long does it take for my order to ship?
A. Generally all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days, depending on the item. Our Golf Shirts, custom T-Shirts and Custom Caps are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to ship. Please read to description on each individual item. In the event an item you ordered is out of stock we will ship the majority of your order and ship the backorder upon its arrival. You will be advised of the status of each order as it works its way through our system.

Q. What types of Payment do you accept?
A. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. We accept Yahoo Wallet and Yahoo Direct payemnts. Also, personal checks and money orders may be used.

Q. Do you keep my credit card on hand?
A. For security reasons all credit card numbers are destroyed after 30 days.

Q. Do you accept checks or money orders?
A. Yes we do. Please mail them to the address below. Please make sure that you indicated the shirt you want, color, size, patch or emblem and flag if you want one.

Q. I would like to know if your cap patches are 'sew-on' or 'iron-on'?
A. All of our patches are 'sew-on'.

Q: What if I am uncomfortable giving my credit information over the Internet?
A: We understand. Even though our shopping cart is on a secure server, many of our customers prefer to order by phone, fax or mail.

A: Unfortunately, due to the high cost of unclaimed shipments, we can not offer C.O.D. service.
